About the event
Reasons, strategies and tools you can use anywhere at any time to help stimulate the Vagus nerve, reset the parasymathetic nervous system and find your way out of fight or flight. Fight or flight can keep us in overload, make us put on weight or make it difficult to lose weight, make us snappy and stressed and, if we stay there long enough, burn out our systems and keep us constantly fatigued, fuzzy and unable to think deeply.
We use yoga therapy, a specialised form of treatment using the philosophies and tools of yoga, to give you a framework to rest on. It's not a quick fix, this is a container that will help you to begin your journey back to the state we are meant to be in most of the time - rest and digest.
