I’m Sally. Wanderer, healer, and guide. At the beginning of 2024, I left Australia on a one-way journey with no plan and no timeline, simply a trust in following what felt true. Along the way, I’ve gathered experiences, practices, and philosophies that have not only shaped my life, but can be woven gently into yours too (without needing to give everything up like I did!.
But maybe you feel it too - the restlessness, the longing for calm, the desire to live more fully. Maybe you're looking for a gentle way to return to yourself, who you were before everything got so... busy.

Decades of teaching and a lifetime of practice mean everything I share is tested and practical. From classroom teaching and educational coaching to my studies in yoga therapy and sound healing, I blend study with lived experience so it fits real life.
