Can't recommend Sally enough, she has a beautiful calming presence and is a joy to learn from. I recently had a class at longevity space in Unakurawa, Sri Lanka where we moved in and out of inversions with a focus on long and strong poses to control the movement. A powerful session in a safe environment. It was an amazing class and I'll be back for sure.
